- Due to technical issues or security risks.
- If you violate these Terms or harm our rights or the rights of others.
- If you're found operating a similar business, such as a stock market training institute.
- If your account is inactive for a long time.
- Upon termination, your account data may be deleted, and we are not liable for any consequences.
Legal and Miscellaneous
- These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, are the full agreement between you and The Trade Gurukul.

Indemnification
- You agree to protect and hold The Trade Gurukul harmless from any claims or losses resulting from:

- Breach of these Terms or legal regulations.
- This obligation continues even after you stop using our services.
- The Trade Gurukul may assist you in legal matters, at your expense, and you must cooperate fully.
Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes or claims related to this agreement, including breach or termination, will be resolved through arbitration.
- Arbitration will follow the Arbitration and Conciliation Act of 1996 (as amended).
- If an arbitrator is not mutually agreed upon within 30 days, one will be appointed according to the applicable legal rules.
- Arbitration will be conducted in New Delhi, and all proceedings will be in English.
- Both parties will equally share arbitration costs, including arbitrator fees.
- The arbitrator can award monetary compensation (with applicable interest), specific performance, and temporary injunctions.
- The arbitrator cannot award punitive or exemplary damages.
- The decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding.
- Indian law will govern all arbitration procedures.
Governing Law
- The laws of India will govern all rights, obligations, and interpretations of this agreement.
Jurisdiction
- Any legal proceedings or claims related to this agreement will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, India.
